About Me
Hi,
I’m Chrissy. After 30+ years working in Tribal government and healthcare, I am on a mission to help health and wellness coaches create the business of their dreams using duplicatable systems. These systems are taught through e-learning to quickly grow and scale their business to achieve time and financial freedom.
I am a person who has struggled with my weight my whole life! Sometimes, I was successful and lost some, but sadly, I always seemed to pick it back up.
Health & Wellness Coach
As a new health and wellness coach, I struggled with the digital marketing and social media strategy aspects of starting a new business. This is because most information available was not explanatory enough to help them get started. In some cases, the available information wasn’t suitable for women of 45 and above or descriptive enough to help them build a relationship with customers that would turn into future sales.
Business Mentor
This was why I decided to provide a service that catered to this specific niche of women ages 45 to 65. My services are tailored for women in this age group who are retired or retiring but looking for a purpose in retirement to keep their minds challenged. Or still working professionals but are looking for a passion they can turn into their purpose.
